➡️ Is generational progress guaranteed? According to Jesus, no. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses what Jesus had to say to the religious leaders—the Pharisees and Sadducees—in the Gospel of Luke. Pastor Allen looks at three different accounts of meals Jesus shared with prominent community members, and he shows us how to apply Jesus’ messages to our lives today. Leaders can reflect the hearts of their people, and each generation gets to decide what their hearts will focus on. Will we be a self-righteous people, like the Pharisees, and forfeit many of the blessings we’ve enjoyed, or will we turn in humility to God, the only One who can provide stability?
