🔴 7th October Marks 23rd Anniversary of the US invasion of #Afghanistan

The United States launched Operation Enduring Freedom in October 7, 2001, in order to remove the Taliban regime from power following 9/11 attacks.

The two-decade-long invasion led by United States left a trail of destruction, casualties, displacements, and significant infrastructure damage.

Fast forward two decades.

On 15th August 2021, U.S. forces left Afghanistan and the Taliban came back to power.
