How is it that Idahoans are so easily led by the nose?

In this retro piece from 2020 we see how “His Majesty” Governor Brad Little renewed the state of emergency he had illegally imposed in the first place. It is said that power corrupts, and that absolute power tends to corrupt absolutely. This is true in the case of most leaders.

But Brad Little is at the bottom of the dung pile when it comes how he handles his voters, the people who theoretically put his sorry @ss in office in the first place.

Under his leadership there was no problem taking my dog to the local dog wash and groomer. However, I could not get a haircut or see a dentist at the same time. The obvious ‘preferential treatment’ allowed certain businesses to be labeled as ‘essential’ and others as ‘non-essential’.

As a doctor, I kept a letter of safe passage when I traveled to the Veterans’ Hospital.
