Ancient “dune-like” worms have scientists rethinking life as we know it according to Rachel Carson from NPR.

In a recent paper published by Nanglu and Javier Ortega Hernandez, worms that were thought to have been wiped off the face of the earth some 500 million years ago could have been alive 25 million years after their thought extinction.
