LAR 8 X1 - Burst Mode?

Wow, strange situation today... RRA LAR-8 X1 that went burst mode 3 times... It was a surprise for sure...

We took field stripped after the 3rd one happened. First time, thought it might be the shooter holding the trigger back but not enough, second time, we confirmed it. Third time (different shooter, ammo, magazine), we knew it was a problem with the lower...

Took the lower off, found lint/string or a cleaning patch remnant of some sort, plus a lot of oil from the BCG in the trigger housing... DOH... Ran a paper towel through, removed the lint/patch, and could not repro. However, still have a note out to the manf. to be sure...
