October 15 Update ~ DIY Greenhouse, Preserving Eucalyptus, Dehydrating Potatoes, & Planting Garlic.

Our DIY Greenhouse is nearly completed, we are preserving our harvest and planting for next year, and learning new skills like preserving Eucalyptus. We've been here 5 months, and, yes, it's been a very busy 5 months since we moved. But we are very comfortable and happy with our new homestead.
