CCP Wants to Complete Its War Against Taiwan Before Possible US Intervention

10/15/2024 David Sacks, fellow for Asia studies at the Council on Foreign Relations: China is unlikely to use blockade to take control of Taiwan. The most likely scenario is that CCP tries to invade Taiwan before the US can potentially intervene and can put together a coalition to levy sanctions and other measures against it.
