1. Technically they do by going above the Karman line which is the internationally recognized line for space. However, this is only 62 miles above the surface of the earth or about ¼ of the way to the supposed international space station. And in this beach ball example:

Which means our travelers would only be about an 1/8” above the surface of the ball not really going that high in terms of what we think of as space travel.

2. They will only experience simulated micro gravity because of the parabolic shape of the trip, just like a zero g plane creates the illusion of micro gravity. As its passengers free fall, they experience micro gravity only relative to their vessel. They are still falling. Blue origin simply creates a longer simulated micro gravity experience by going higher

3. Even though they will only be an 1/8” above our beach ball example, they will likely perceive the curve of the earth due to something called horizonal refraction. Which occurs when viewing a level surface, through a lens, created by the atmosphere at a downward trajectory. See in this example how when viewing the level beam through the lens, the sides are bent downward, creating the illusion of curvature, when in fact the beam is perfectly level.

And that is how it will be possible for people to claim they went to space on a flat, non-rotating earth where space does not exist outside our enclosed, motionless system.
