Peanut Butter Blossoms
Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
24 Hershey's Kisses
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
Immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie while it's still warm.
Allow cookies to cool before serving.
