Ep.51 - To COS or to not COS? That is the question!

If you haven't heard of the Convention of States, you should definitely take some time to look it up! We've heard the pro-COS side of things, and later today we'll venture up to northern Iowa to listen to the other viewpoint of COS by Tamara Scott.
