Boucke - I have never seen or heard this name before and have no concept whatsoever of how to prounced it. It doesn't seem to be a common name, either. There appears to be a building at UPenn with this name, but I couldn't find any vidoes of anybody actually saying the name. *sigh* So I just picked one of a dozen or so possibilities I could readily devise and went with it. Probably a wrong one. Oh well. Authors: please either pick names that are more obvious how to pronounce, or else give us a pronunciation guide in a footnote or appendix or what not.
