Program Your Baofeng To Scan NOAA & SKYWARN Emergency Frequencies - SKYWARN & NOAA SHTF Scanning

In this video I show you how easy it is to add and program the NOAA or SKYWARN frequencies and channels to your Baofeng UV-5R, or similar ham or GMRS radio. I also show you how easy it is to scan through the SKY-Warn and NOAA channels after you have programmed them in to your Baofeng radio.
