Rep. Harriet Hageman raises concern with social conditioning surrounding transgender language

Representative Harriet Hageman (R-WY) explains how we are being conditioned to use transgender language instead of speaking the truth, such as when “men” are referred to as “biological males.” “When we talk about ‘transgender’, I don’t think that there really is any such thing. I think what we’re talking about is some people who have a mental illness, and we have other people who society are pushing...In a certain direction. And I think we need to bring these conversations back to common sense,” she says.
