Programmable Matter - Harald Kautz

Lecture from Mr Kautz on programable matter & black goo from Prague in 2016. This is right on the fringes of the human mind, & a good few genres within the " conspiracy " tree. It's in so much of our entertainment in some form to, & while im not confident i understand what it is, or how its connected to everything,
i personally believe its important & 100% in some form linked. Mr Kautz is probably one of the most knowledgeable people within the public sphere worldwide, on this topic, at least from my own reading into this Lovecraftian nightmare, still, i believe some of the depraved ones would know the truth of it.
