In a recently published transcript of the Martin Hibbert harassment case against so-called journalist Richard D Hall, it's clear that RDH's defence relies heavily on victim blaming and further manipulation of information. Martin Hibbert has been told in court that because he wrote a book and appeared on TV, he's fair game to have his name dragged through the mud. If he had taken a defamation case, this could have been avoided. Why was Martin Hibbert advised to take an harassment case? Was it to silence victims of migrant crime?
