Deb is an Empath, Intuitive, Angelic Reiki Practitioner, Group Meditation Host, and the founder and organiser of The Haven holistic events.

"I discovered more and more wonders of healing, after various life learnings including health issues, a divorce, and living through my younger years carrying lots of fear, self-doubt and self-sabotaging ways.

My own healing journey opened doors to self discovery, self-worth, forgiveness, gratitude and unconditional love.

I enjoyed naturopathy training giving me some experience and knowledge into healthy nutrition and herbal supplements, as well as the wonders of Mother Earths plants. This created the path to my own well-being and the importance of looking after me from the inside out on every level.

As my life transformed and changed, I grew in strength and confidence, began living in the present and seizing the moment of each and every day.

By continuing to live a life of healthier ways including the food and drink I was having along with adding in exercising, adapting a positive brighter mindset and surrounding myself around like-minded people and doing the things my soul craved, I began to maintain my own well-being, feeling great and living life to the full.

I have found by using the same methods and healing modalities that I had learnt to transform my own life along with combining the things that I love, I began more and more reaching out and helping others too."
