Acupuncture used to treat Marines during deployment

Acupuncture is being offered to service members at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan to help treat deployment related issues. Air Force Staff Sgt. Joseph Vigil brings us the story of why this form of alternative medicine is helping.
