In this short we shoot black powder hand loads through a model 1884 Springfield Trap Door Rifle.

This particular rifle was manufactured in 1888, is chambered in the 45-70 GOVT round, has a folding buffington adjustible rear sight and an orginal bayonet (stamped “US” on the inside) which mounts right over top of the muzzle and front sight. This rifle is original and in fantastic shape for its age.
