UFO on Video over China

A recently released video from China shows a clear image of a UFO.

I had a little trouble seeing just what the details of the release were.

It appears that the footage was taken from a car, or maybe a plane. If it was a car then I don't know how the angle was made.

It shows a black UFO with a twirling, white bottom.
