Action Radio 10/21/24, Kamala Can't Be President, But No One Certifies the Candidates.

We have discovered a massive problem here at Action Radio. Starting with Obama who was of questionable birth, whom Kenya claims as their own, and whose birth certificate was ruled a fraud by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona, who told be directly when I was back on at 1330 AM WEBY.

So, Bonnie Nesbit and I have been investigating who actually certifies that the presidential candidates are constitutionally compliant to run for President, and what we found is that no one is. This is insane. The most egregious and insane example of this is Kamala Harris, who we know is an illegal alien as her parents were one her father, on a student visa under the jurisdiction of Jamaica, and the other on an expired visa from India making her an illegal alien. So neither of these two were subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and therefore she is NOT a U.S. Citizen.

Being born in the territory of the U.S. is irrelevant to the 14th Amendment citizen clause. It is citizenship jurisdiction and has nothing to do with geographical jurisdiction, and everything to do with citizenship jurisdiction, which is why citizenship and jurisdiction for the children, come from the parents.

Let's also consider at a minimum the case against her being a "Natural Born Citizen" because clearly that is impossible.

The other topic du jour in the first hour is Trump's invoking of the Alien Enemies Act, which was part of the original four Acts under Alien and Sedition, which I'm pretty sure were ruled unconstitutional, or expired, but not this one.
