Michigan County's Ballots Have A WATERMARK! Other counties should follow along...

Some volunteers influenced the Board of Canvassers in Muskegon County, and our absentee ballots actually have a watermark on them! An excellent security measure. Now it is time to make sure all the election workers know how to check for the watermark, and it is time for other counties to follow suit!
