To truly overcome what's troubling you, start at the source with Jesus. As it says in John 16:33, 'In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.'
Lean on Him, and find peace in His victory!

If you can't shake a severe issue in your personal life, don't treat the symptom of it, you need to dig deeper and find the source in order to overcome. Jesus can kill the source then, and you no longer have the ongoing symptoms, like addiction or depression or anxiety!
