In this video, we’re showcasing the power of our two massive presses that turn copper and brass into precision-formed cups. These cups go through several key processes: they are washed, annealed, and pickled, before being washed and polished again to ensure optimal quality. Once ready, they head to QC (quality control) to check dimensions and ensure they meet exact specifications. Finally, the cups go to more transfer presses, where they’re transformed—whether into projectiles or cases—depending on whether they’re made of copper or brass.
