Follow the rainbow colored flags... obviously. Hit the red light district, and the cutesy one word restaurants with stools instead of booths. Bingo. They normally don't eat in the same places we do. They tend to eat at the more preppy places. If there is a downtown or historic area or newenewer apartments built less than 5 years ago... check the restaurants under or around those apartments too.
