Correction: I Screwed Up Reading CDPR's Financial Statement

Previously, I said CDPR was an unprofitable company. After reviewing their financial statement, I somehow misread a portion of it. The company has been profitable. Their development costs did explode after DEI/ESG implementation, and their debt has risen, but they are profitable.
