I really do appreciate you checking up on me. I wholeheartedly receive your prayers/words of affirmation, high vibrations, positivity and light. ThANKH GOD they didn’t take my right big toe...They actually were suppose to do a debridement or wound cleaning as promised, but it seems like they had other plans...SMDH...The doctor/surgeon cancelled the procedure while we were in the surgery room this past Friday (10/18) because he did not want to answer my questions. It was a whole lot of deception going on all last week. It was like a Tubi horror movie or ‘Get Out 2’ come to life. I would advise people to stay the fukkk out of these kkkoncentration kkkamps called hospitals as best as you can. I am going to take better care of myself.

However, I do want to shoutout the Black nurses and staff who actually was looking out for me at my most vulnerable.

They gave me a regimen of oral antibiotics to take for several weeks and I will see my podiatrist on Tuesday for a debridement. I am far from being out of the woods on this situation and I really do know that GOD and the Righteous AnceSTARs got me right now. I am healing and I am way better than I was when I was waiting for 15 hrs in the ER, 2 Saturdays ago, to be seen by someone while pus and blood was soaking through my bandages.

I feel empathy for those who cannot defend themselves in those medical and sometimes hostile spaces. We need to stay vigilant.

In spite of the financial inconvenience, I actually needed the week off my feet to reflect and heal physical wounds as well as a spiritual recharge. GOD IS GREAT MANE!!!

They discharged me Friday evening…I spent Friday nite with my mom @ her home and came back home Saturday...They can’t keep a good man down. I will now tell people to always get a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and MOOR opinion on one’s medical condition…I was blessed to have a podiatrist who advocated for treatment instead of removal of my toe and more…Them doctors don’t always know what they are doing…It’s called a practice for a reason mane…LOL…And sometimes their agenda don’t always align with your best interests…Health Is Mos Def Wealth!!!
