What if SARS was a Widespread as Coronavirus?

Quarantine is really helping my production schedule. For all the worried people in the comments, I caught flu-like symptoms earlier but now I'm feeling better except my throat which is still a bit rough.By the way this is the most recent alternate history I've ever done, starting in 2003.
