RivCo NCS Team Reads Cease and Desist Letter into the Minutes OCT 22, 2024

The RivCo Supervisors, County Counsel, and ROV Art Tinoco were served with Cease and Desist letters on October 8, 2024, to once again inform them that they cannot lawfully run our Riverside elections without breaking both federal and state laws, explained by New California State citizens. The Board, etc., are so uneducated on how fair and transparent elections are to be run that their ineptness is exposed at every turn.

The RivCo County voters will soon see what they are in for. What we know for sure is that it won't be legal.
