Action Radio 10/23/24, Who Has Jurisdiction over Birth Certificates, and Citizenship?

So when I first looked this up on Yandex, normally a great site that avoids all the Leftist propaganda that Google puts on all the other search engines, I got a ton of crazy cultish nonsense about how the birth certificate makes you a corporation, owned by the U.N., and eligible for a huge payout from the U.S. Treasury. Ok you folks please go back to your echo chamber of insanity and self indulgence, that's not what this is about.

What Bonnie Nesbit our investigative reporter has been working on, is extending our "No Birth-Fraud" bill by requiring the citizenship of the parents be put on the birth certificate to confirm whether or not the child is "subject to the jurisdiction thereof," of the United States, or some foreign nation, or nations, when born in the U.S. Only babies born to at least one U.S. citizen or permanent resident, anywhere in the world. And no baby born in the U.S. to foreign nationals has EVER been legally a U.S. citizen, for that would be a violation of the 14th Amendment, and therefore unconstitutional.
