10.22.24 Observations: Everyone Is Burning Out.

Just another odd "coincidence"?
The external stressors are taking their toll on lots of folks.
If you're felling ground down it's not just you. We're all getting tired of this shit.
My advice , non medical of course, is unplug, get out of the house. Go hike in a park let the synthetic stress just slide off like water on a ducks back.
