My Oxfordshire RANT!

On our return from our week in the Cotswolds, I had a few things to say about the refusal of businesses, particularly those in Oxfordshire including Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop and The Farmer's Dog, and Daylesford Organic, to offer a cash payment option. I discuss the reasons why offering cash is an important step in delivering excellent customer service and perhaps a few of the pitfalls in not doing so.
