How California Is Testing Cloud Seeding Weather Modification

What is cloud seeding and weather modification? These are terms often referred to as controlling the weather. This is a decades old science that is now getting a lot of publicity partly due to the controversy surrounding this process. Some say cloud seeding is a great science that can manipulate the weather to create rain in drought plagued regions. Others argue cloud seeding is a mad science that can create flooding and destroy the environment due to the silver iodide used in this process. And some even argue cloud seeding is nothing more than globalists trying to take over the world... or in this case... the weather.
