Pork Belly Burnt Ends on the Smoker.

Today we made some delicious pork belly burnt ends. Cut into 1 inch cubes and season with your favorite seasoning. Place on the smoker 250 to 275 for 3 to 4 hours or until your desired color. Play some in a pan with some barbecue sauce and honey, and cover with tinfoil. Play some back on the smoker until they are super tender, approximately 203 to 205°. Enjoy with some friends.
