For me, the real concern is not just about whether weather control is possible, but why governments continue to keep it a secret. Even more troubling is the idea that these capabilities could be used for hidden or harmful purposes. Imagine a category 4 hurricane that conveniently follows an unnatural path, devastating a specific area and opening up opportunities for a government land grab... coincidence? You decide.
