These guys who want to take back Venezuela's oil are the biggest communists on the planet, they're behind all the Trump impeachments, the Russia hoax, the wars and corruption, the blackmail and everything else, so dont let them manipulate you over Venezuela, they just want to steal the oil. If Chavez was the right kind of communist they'd be friends with him.
My theory is that they have to put out this bullshit about spreading democracy in Venezuela to get CIA networks to cover it. But you'll notice if you watch the full video, Byrne is in some kind of defamation litigation with Hunter and being deposed, or something like that, and he's asking the Deep State to honor his immunity contract and not arrest him if he comes back to the US for it. Maybe this is his way of throwing them a bone. Just remember all the communists who want to take over Venezuela, Elliot Abrams, the Bush family and his cabinet, Rumsfeld's team, the CIA and all those NGOs who sponsor NPR. According to Antony Suton they built the Soviet Union themselves, every single factory.
