My first ever playthrough of Nier: Automata, a 2017 action role-playing game from PlatinumGames available on the Nintendo Switch (published by Square Enix, and is the last game I bought from them too).

To my great surprise, the game looks amazing on the Switch, and runs fairly smooth, not to mention the opening got me totally hooked on playing the rest of the game (even though I hear it's quite the grind).

I might pick this up on the PC as well now, just such an interesting concept! However, the top down view threw me for a loop, the constant perspective changes made the first stage rather complicated. But I will adapt!
