This includes design for their needs and launch coach education system, periodical lecturing in the university on Coaching and Sports Training science.

- Former Technical Director of British Judo Association for 5 years
- Former Sports Director of Russian Judo Federation for 4 years
- Doctor from Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture & PhD in Sports Training science
- Honorary Life-Long National Coach in Judo Police Sport UK
- Honours for coaching for Russia from the Ministry of Sport in 1990, given to a coach who personally produced double world champion
- 6 dan in Judo
