With Kuranda having received virtually NO rain over the past couple of weeks one has to wonder where this water that is running down the drain is coming from.
We know. It's coming from Kuranda's broken and failing public sprinkler systems - what a waste.
We hope Mareeba Shire Council does whatever is needed to fix our failing sprinkler systems at the same time they are replanting the garden beds along Conndoo Street.
It's logical - find the money like you found it for the Bicentennial Lakes Project out in Mareeba.
