LOWEST SALES SINCE 2010!!!! REAL ESTATE IN TROUBLE

Prices have risen, and we MIGHT have a bottom in real estate. The sales have slumped to the lowest rate since October of 2010, which was a REALLY BAD spot for real estate... but it was the best time to buy.

How come our prices have not come down if our sales are so low? Great question!
