MORE Shoring Poles! 2nd Condo Collapse Fears in Miami?

Residents ran scared as more shoring poles were added to balconies. In our continuing coverage of the investigation into the Miami condo collapse in Surfside FL of the Champlain Towers South (CTS) condominium collapse, we show you additional new shoring poles that were just added to multiple patio levels of the sister building known as Champlain Towers North (CTN), located 3 buildings north of the Miami condo collapse site. This leaves us to question what the structural engineer knows that got him spooked enough to add shoring poles on the patios of this condo. Do they have condo collapse fears?

Engineer Allyn Kilsheimer hired by the city last July gave the building an OK and said he would put his children in it. But now here we are 8 months later, and they are adding shoring poles in several locations which has us wondering is this the start of something serious? Did they suspect that this building is in danger of imminent collapse or is there a sagging of the floor deck slabs? We will investigate all of that here.
