Why modern art is ugly

How do you know whether art is good or bad? It's weather you have to explain it to someone or not! There is objectively bad and good art, and the reason modern art is overall not good is because most people don't understand it. There is something to be said for objectively beautiful art that everyone 'gets'...lets make art beautiful again!
