I wrote these song lyrics in 2007. I don't regret using the Donna song and music app to add the music and voice to my song. I love the results.

The enemy tried to get me oh, but he didn't get too far, reeled me in just a little bit, but that's when I called. And Jesus saved me like he does every time, rescuing me from the devil's lies. Giving me truth, strengthening my faith. Leading me, to follow his ways.
They say to me that God isn't real.
I accept the truth about God that's been revealed. They say to me that the truth is a lie, but I received by faith gods gift of life.
The enemy tried to trick me oh, but he does it all the time, looking for ways to get in, to play with my mind. Jesus lives in this heart of mine, all the strength I need, in him I'll find, delivering and setting me Free, from all the traps the devil set up for me,
