Hey everyone! Today, I’m sharing something extra special—my dad’s incredible Soy Sauce Noodles recipe! 🥢 I have been eating this for as far I can remember, and now it’s time to share the magic with you. It's so simple, but unbelievably delicious. 🤤

Ingredients:

Sauce
2-4 Tablespoons Light 'Thin' Soy Sauce
2-4 TablespoonsDark 'Thick' Soy Sauce
¼ - 2 Tablespoon ShaoXing Cooking Wine (or Dry Sherry Wine)
½ - 1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
1-2 Teaspoon Brown Sugar ¼ - ½ Teaspoon White Pepper
4-8 Teaspoon Cornflour/ Cornstarch

Dish
1 Chicken Breast
1 Capsicum
1 Onion🧅, half moon 🌙
5-10oz./ 150-300 gram Egg Noodles
2 Cloves Garlic
3 stalks of Scallion
