Chemical are putting in the water

Chemical are putting in the water to kill the larvae of mosquitoes/ black fly.....
They do the same thing back here but it's in pellet form and they say it's for the spruce budworm. I believe that's what they're aiming and targeting. But of course it being a pellet form it gets on the foilage that the rabbits and all the other small critters eat. And if you believe 100% that anything they drop in chemical form doesn't affect all forms of animals and bird life. You have better trust in the government and their quality care and quality control than I do.
