Rep. Mike Rulli: Railroad workers are developing cancer from the East Palestine train derailment

Representative Mike Rulli (R-OH) says over one year after the East Palestine toxic train derailment, railroad workers have started to develop cancer. Rep. Rulli also criticizes the Justice Department’s settlement with Norfolk Southern for excluding victims of the disasters.
