Ep. 12: Yerasimos | The Body is the Shadow

Yerasimos is an incredible human being, friend, and personal mentor to Isaac. He co-hosts the “Here for the Truth” podcast with Joel Rafidi, and runs a successful group coaching program called “Rise Above the Herd” (RATH) as well as a fantastic focused community group called “Friends of the Truth” where listeners can interact with the hosts of the show as well as have access to exclusive private zoom calls with many of the amazing guests they have on their show.

Yerasimos has been in the holistic health space for over 20 years, working in a combined field of bodywork and personal transformation coaching where he studied under a former Navy SEAL. It was this unique form of coaching that attracted Isaac to Yerasimos where he stepped into trust and began a massive new chapter in his life.

Yerasimos and his wife Sophie live in Tapanga Canyon, CA where, surrounded by nature, they lead a truly Natural AF life, sharing their wisdom and experience with people from all walks of life.
