2024 World Series odds: Dodgers heavily favored with 3-0 lead

MLB's Fall Classic has arrived … and is quickly on the cusp of being done with.

The Los Angeles Dodgers dispatched the New York Yankees in Game 1 in miraculous fashion, with Freddie Freeman hitting a walkoff grand slam in the 10th inning, giving L.A. a 6-3 win.

In Game 2, the Dodgers survived a ninth inning, bases-loaded scare, winning 4-2 to take a 2-0 series lead.

Then, in Game 3, the Yankees' bats failed to come alive, and L.A. won the first game in New York, also by a score of 4-2, taking a commanding 3-0 lead.

Now, arguably the league's two most-storied franchises head to Game 4 of the World Series, set for Tuesday in New York, with the Bronx Bombers trying to stay alive in the series.
