Ephesians 4 is taking us further into the Man and mission of Christ, leading us to mature faith that allows us to wield armor tested in battle.

Why did Jesus descend into hell?
Why did He need to after enduring the agony and suffering of the cross...?

Because the mission wasn't over - in fact, His Kingly mission was just starting.

Put the kids to bed, get your Bible and buckle up.
It's time you understood wearing Ephesian armor is necessary because God's called you to endure hell on earth and set the captives free in the process.

Those that have an ear, let them hear what the Lord is saying.
