Wes mentioned the need for us, as leaders, to really be that example and develop our people. SO that requires us asking some really tough questions of ourselves. Questions like “Am I truly serving people? Or am I holding a position?” Because leadership is modeling and leaders are the examples, and their actions and their words, their motives, and their treatment of people… And our people are more likely to do what they see the leader do, aren’t they? Then what the leader actually says…
