Happening now: A group of 100+ from all over—Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Colombia—Cross the river illegally into Texas just outside of Shelby Park in Eagle Pass.

They tell me they’re going to New York, New Jersey, Ohio and Miami.

Border Patrol agents have to transport the group up to a neighborhood since the bus is not able to get down here.

Neighbors we talked to say they are frustrated that this is happening in their back yard and say something has to change. They all said they are grateful for Border Patrol and Texas DPS for being there.

Crossings of 100-300 have been happening daily again here in the Del Rio sector.
